What have you done for 2,300 straight days? Taken a bath? Brush your teeth? What have I done, you may ask...

On this thankful Thursday, I’m grateful for my sobriety. 2,300 days of continuous sobriety. One. Day. At. A. Time.

My sobriety has given me the ability to live my best life. I have the ability to *embrace* the good, bad & ugly of life by **walking through** it instead of **running away** from it.

Sobriety has given me the ability to be present, available and reliable for my loved ones.

Thank you God for another day.
