Happy 2020!!! This month I’m committed to reading “*Best Self,”* by Life Coach Mike Bayer. I just started and I can already tell I’m in for quite a ride to discovering my best self.

This year is all about building on what I learned through my [54 Before 54](https://www.google.com/amp/s/lifewithlisa.blog/2019/02/11/54-before-54/amp/?ref=lisaromerodugal.com), so I chose to read this book to educate myself and be the best version of me.

Are you familiar with the book? If you are, please share your thoughts with me. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
