Hello my friends!!! Thank you for stopping by. I can hardly believe it's my **TWO YEAR Blogiversary** 🎉

I began ***Life With Lisa*** because everyone wanted to know my "secret" to my successful weight loss, so I began this blog as my platform. In addition to my health & fitness, it has gradually evolved over the past 2 years to also include my sobriety, travel adventures, with sprinkles of variety.

Thank you for following me and supporting my blog. I certainly am enjoying the journey.

***Imagine*** with all your mind \~ ***Believe*** with all your heart \~ ***Achieve*** with all your might
