# Fathers Day 2020

As I sit here on a balcony in Florida watching the sunrise and sipping on coffee, I find myself reflecting on how blessed I am to have been raised by such an incredible father AND to have married an equally exceptional man. My children are blessed, as I was, to have a strong father figure who always put family first.

- A smile that lights up the room
- A laugh that echoes far away
- Gentle
- Caring
- Compassionate
- Generous
- Never met a stranger
- Faithful
- Father to countless people who did not have a father figure/role model
- Family first
- Beautiful salt & pepper hair
- Radiated optimism
- Lived the 10 commandments every day
- Lived life to the fullest ❤️

That was the man I had the honor of calling my father for over 38 years.

That’s my husband, whom I’ve had the honor of calling my husband for over 31 years.

There is something unique about the bond between fathers and daughters. It is extraordinarily special, sacred, and beautiful. To celebrate Father's Day my youngest daughter Alize put together a YouTube Video singing "Papa Can you hear me?" - Barbara Streisand - The song is like a prayer and really touches your soul.
