> What's the oldest things you're wearing today?

The oldest thing I’m wearing today is a tank top I bought from my yoga studio, Bayou Yoga, from 2019\. As I wore it during class today I was reminded of how far I’ve come since I started the practice of yoga and all the gratitude that comes with it. I also couldn’t help but think of the timeliness of me wearing this awesome shirt.

In gratitude 🧘🏼‍♀️
