The best compliment I received was received from an acquaintance of mine that I had not seen in awhile. We ran into each other at Church several years ago, and she **acknowledged** the hard work that resulted in my weight loss. In a world where most are stuck in the grind of instant gratification and quick fixes, it was SO refreshing to have someone **acknowledge** my journey in that regard. Slow and steady, balance and moderation, it is an ongoing lifestyle, which has given me the opportunity to learn about making wise decision in accordance to my goals and become attuned with my body.

Have a blessed day my friends!
