Hello June!!!

It's hard to believe how fast 2023 is flying by. Life has been filled with joy lately. My husband, Steven, and I have enjoyed vacations and celebrated events leading up to his retirement, which is officially today. I can feel it in my bones that the joy will continue to build as the year progresses.

All moved out of his office

My personal goals remain to continue elevating my health and fitness journey and chip away at my long-desired college degree. Health and fitness have no deadline; it's a lifestyle that I embrace daily. While my college degree may have a deadline, I've learned that finding joy in the journey is just as important as reaching the destination. I believe in embracing relaxation and pursuing goals at your own rhythm. Progress is progress, no matter the speed.

Remember, life is too beautiful to rush through. So, take a deep breath, trust yourself, and just do it...your way. Together, let's savor the journey and find fulfillment in our pursuit of greatness.
