Greetings my friends!!! Thank you for stopping by to ready my blog.

If theres one valuable lesson I learned from Alcoholics Anonymous, is that you can start your day over at any point during the day. AND you can keep hitting that reset button throughout the day. Lately I’ve been restarting my day all day long, and thats OK. What’s not OK (for me), is sinking and giving up.

Today, I will continue to dig deep and take advantages of resources available to me. For starters, online Mass. Lunchtime will be online yoga. Physical limitations? Yes, I’m full of them. I’m going to do what I’m able to do and practice my Savasana and yoga breathing when the pose is out of reach for me.

Plus, I have this in my favor 😇
