> How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Managing screen time for myself is done by prioritizing my day. Currently as a student, my time spent scrolling on social media has greatly been reduced because my number one priority is my education. Additionally, I also set timers to give myself a break and walk away from my computer. Research, while productive and effective with my time, can be time consuming. Its important for me to intentionally take breaks!
