Happy Thankful Thursday!!!

I am feeling very grateful for sharing my health and fitness journey with others. BUT first of all, my health & fitness journey would not be possible without my sobriety. Believe me, I’ve tried it before. I worked out with the best trainer in my area only to go home and sabotage.

My sobriety began in 2013, and my health & fitness followed in 2015\. Everything FINALLY synced.

Mindset is EVERYTHING!!! I have consistently showed up because I refuse to fall back into the fixed mindset that was holding me back from living life to the fullest. I ditched the excuses and now living my best life at the age of 54.

Doors have closed throughout the years allowing others to open. I never imagined that today I’d be building my own community helping ladies press play. It is fulfilling.

I encourage to open your heart and follow your passions. Life is an adventure. Embrace it!!!
