> Beach or mountains? Which do you prefer? Why?

Without a doubt, my sanctuary is the mountains; they are my haven and happy place where each step seems like a journey into the beyond. These beautiful peaks have a special place in my heart for me and Steven, a place where treasured memories are made and adventures are taken together—from thrilling hikes to the calming embrace of nature. Watching our dogs, Buster & Boomer, playfully traverse the paths bring me joy. Beyond that, there's a spiritual connection in the crisp mountain air of the trails. I experience a deep sense of connection to God in the peace and quiet of the mountain trails, where I also find mental clarity. Each hiking adventure feels like an escape and is finished with a heart full of appreciation and a soul restored.
