God has a way of lining everything up, and it’s up to us to say yes. And that’s exactly what happened when I recently went to Crested Butte. I flew in a day ahead of Steven and spent my time inquiring about excursions and local events to build our agenda. As I’ve been doing for the last 6 years, I also promptly found the local Alcoholics Anonymous meeting schedule and attended. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a week long convention at my lodge and the lodge next door during my stay!!! Registration was closed, and they were sold out *but* I was told to check back on Monday morning. There were a few no shows, so **I was IN!!!**

**724** attendees. Sobriety ranging from **7 DAYS to 43 years**. Powerful speakers. Powerful messages. Strong sobriety. Willingness. Surrender. GOD. Each night at the end of the speaker meeting, we closed with everyone standing up, holding hands, praying the Lords Prayer. ***POWERFUL.***

Through the brokenness of alcoholism, there is always hope. Unshakable faith can be restored.

We are **never** alone. The fellowship is worldwide. I was blessed enough to witness it.
