Have you ever found yourself in distress and a complete stranger offer you a hug? Have you ever released a hug only to find the other still tightly embracing you? I’ve experienced both in the past week and the hug received was therapeutic, healing and powerful.

How do you spell hug? Drawing from those two instances, I spell hug

- Stress-relief
- Comfort
- Warmth
- Nurturing
- Unity

And of course, sometimes a hug can be spelled “c o f f e e”
