> What's something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.

I believe that you only fail if you never try. I came to this conclusion in 2020 after taking my Certified Personal Training course through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I was anxiously waiting to take my test, full of both excitement and fear. I had “emptied the tank”, giving the coursework all that I could.

As I was waiting for the start of the test, I realized “I already won”. Regardless of what the test score reflects, I’ve passed because I’ve tried. I still carry this attitude with me today. When fear is taking over and the mountain seems too high, I remind myself that ***I’m succeeding as long as I’m in the game***.

Regret is a heavy burden to live with. My encouragement to you is to dip your toe in the pool. Test the waters. Try it out.
