Reese Witherspoon’s movie, Wild, which was based on Cheryl Strayed 2012 memoir has always been a source of inspiration to me. Based on the movie, if I could try something for the first time, it would be to hike the Pacific Crest Trail with my husband, Steven. First of all, we LOVE to hike. Second of all, I love being immersed in nature along with the therapeutic aspect.

However, the Pacific Crest Trail 2,650 mile trail can take up to 5 months to hike. This is hard core hiking without daily warm showers and comfortable beds. So, maybe hiking a portion of it. Or, if I really want to experience roughing it, then Steven and I could do Outward Bound for a guided excursion.

Who knows if and when we will try this!!!
