May is off to a busy start. This past week I’ve been busy visiting 20 states. Yes, TWENTY states. I even went to Alaska, and this weekend you can catch me in Hawaii 😇

When I learned about the “50 state challenge” that WW members are participating in, I quickly joined. One week in and I already have 2 beneficial takeaways!!! A greater appreciation for ZOOM and reignited passion for WW.

  • ZOOM: I haven’t been a fan of it, and this fun challenge has given me a different perspective and appreciation for the app. How else can you travel virtually, stay connected and meet new friends?
  • Reignited passion for WW: I’ve always been an advocate for WW. They were the “secret” to my weight loss and are the “secret” to my maintenance. However, during the quarantine my fire was flickering. Visiting all of the various workshops and getting different perspectives has my fire blazing once again. I am blessed to be both a member and employee of this wonderful company and WW keeps reminding me why with every workshop I attend.

I encourage you to take advantage of any resources you have on hand that you may be resisting. You just may surprise yourself 😊
